Delivery Policy

Joy treatment time:
Local orders or orders inside Egypt are processed within 72 hours for Cairo and Alexandria. Other cities within 5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
